Rano's Creation – Thandai/Kulfi Mix
A royal blend of nuts, seeds, and spices, crafted for indulgent summer drinks or frozen kulfi treats. A taste of tradition in every spoon!

Ingredients:
Poppy seeds, almonds, melon seeds, cashew nuts, fennel seeds, chironji, cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper, saffron, sugar.

Method – to make Thandai:
Add one spoon of the Thandai premix to milk and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.

Method – to make Kulfi:
Boil ½ litre milk and add one cup Thandai mix. Let it cool to room temperature, pour into kulfi moulds, cover with lids, and freeze overnight.

Shelf Life:
Room temperature: 3–4 months
Refrigerated: 5–6 months
