NextGen Scholars School, established in 1995 under the aegis of the NextGen Education Society (founded in 1992), stands as a beacon of quality education in Ambala. Founded by the late Mr. Raghav Kumar, a visionary who believed that educational institutions are sacred spaces of learning, the school continues to carry forward his legacy under the leadership of Mr. Arun Mehra, his grandson and current President of the Society. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the school, students, and their guardians, and outline the expectations and responsibilities of all parties involved.

Admission to NextGen Scholars School is based on a transparent process that evaluates students fairly, depending on seat availability, merit, and other internal criteria. The information submitted during the admission process must be accurate and truthful. Any discrepancy found later may result in the cancellation of admission without refund. Once admitted, parents or guardians are expected to comply with the fee structure and payment schedule. All fees must be paid on time, and late payments will attract penalties. Generally, fees are non-refundable unless the school specifically allows it in exceptional situations.

Students are expected to maintain high standards of discipline, respect for teachers, peers, and staff, and to contribute positively to the school environment. Misconduct, bullying, or disruption of any form will not be tolerated and may result in strict disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion. Parents are encouraged to take an active interest in their child’s progress and participate in school meetings and activities as required.

Regular attendance is essential for academic success and is a fundamental expectation at NextGen Scholars School. Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible to sit for their annual exams. Planned leave must be informed in advance, and extended absences require prior approval from the school administration.

The use of school property must be carried out with care and responsibility. Any intentional damage to books, equipment, furniture, or infrastructure will be charged to the responsible student’s account. The school expects all students to uphold the principles of academic honesty, and any form of cheating or plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

Health and safety remain a top priority at NextGen Scholars School. The campus is maintained to high hygiene standards, and any medical issues faced by students will be handled promptly. It is the responsibility of parents to inform the school about any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies. In case of emergencies, the school will take immediate necessary steps and notify the parents.

For digital learning or online education (where applicable), students are expected to use digital platforms responsibly. Sharing class links, passwords, or misusing online tools may result in suspension from virtual classes. The school promotes a safe and respectful digital learning space.

The personal data collected by the school from students and parents is treated as confidential and is used strictly for administrative, academic, or safety-related purposes. NextGen Scholars School respects privacy and follows appropriate data protection norms. Additionally, general media and photography consent is assumed at the time of admission, allowing the school to use student images for promotional or educational purposes, unless a parent submits a written request stating otherwise.

School transport is provided on select routes, and all students using the facility are expected to follow safety rules and proper conduct while traveling. Misbehavior may result in withdrawal of transport privileges.

The school reserves the right to make changes or modifications to its policies, academic calendar, and these terms and conditions as deemed necessary by the management. Any such updates will be communicated through official channels like circulars or the school website. In case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction will fall under the courts of Ambala, Haryana.
