1. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order or subscription for any TaptoExplore product or service is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • In case you have made a duplicate payment by mistake, please contact our support team within 24 hours at contact@taptoexplore.com for verification and refund initiation.
  • TaptoExplore reserves the right to cancel any order or service due to technical errors, non-availability, or any other reason deemed appropriate. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

 

2. Refund Policy

  • As TaptoExplore offers digital products and software-based services, all sales are considered final.

  • Refunds will not be provided once access to the digital platform, license key, or account has been created or activated.

  • Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

    1. Duplicate or excess payment due to a technical error.

    2. Non-delivery of digital access or activation within the specified time frame (after verification).

    3. Service failure due to technical issues on our end, and if the issue remains unresolved within 7 working days of complaint registration.

 

 

3. Refund Process

    1. Your full name

    2. Registered email address

    3. Payment receipt or transaction ID or Screenshot

    4. Reason for refund request

  • Our support team will review your case and respond within 3-5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original mode of payment.

 

 

4. No Refund Policy Applies To

  • Digital products already delivered or activated.

  • Custom-developed or white-labeled versions of TaptoExplore.

  • Subscription renewals, upgrades, or promotional offers.

  • Services where third-party integrations have been used or setup completed.
